PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

TESLA COIL 50 is the flagship large-format music Tesla coil in the WARDENCLYFFE lineup. It is designed for users who want the strongest visual output in the series, whether for exhibitions, science displays, staged demonstrations, or high-impact technical presentation. In the product line, TC50 occupies the top display tier and is built around scale, durability, and visual performance.

The role of TC50 is very different from the compact desktop models. It is not meant to be a small introductory desk piece. It is built to produce a much larger electrical display and to serve in settings where visual impact matters most. For buyers choosing between TC20 and TC50, TC50 is the more powerful and more display-oriented option, while TC20 remains the easier choice for classroom scale and more manageable placement.

One of the defining features of TC50 is its combination of large arc output and built-in music performance. With an internal SD card and more than 100 square-wave tracks, it can deliver music-linked plasma effects without depending on external music preparation for every session. This makes it especially well suited to public-facing demonstrations, exhibitions, and event-style setups where quick presentation matters.

Another major strength is its display-grade construction. The main unit uses a clear acrylic housing with an aluminum alloy heat-sink base, while a premium aluminum alloy carrying case is included for transport and storage. This gives TC50 a more protected, high-end presentation for repeated setup, movement, and long-term collection without confusing the main unit material with the included case material.

Technical Specifications:

Main unit size: 8.27 × 8.27 × 15.35 inches

Shipping dimensions: 13.78 × 13.78 × 19.29 inches

Built-in music library: 100+ square-wave music

Lightning length: 0–50 cm, adjustable

Arc test basis: point-to-point testing with the included discharge needle at 20°C / 50% RH

These specifications place TC50 firmly in the exhibition and flagship-performance category. It is best for science centers, public display, staged demonstration, collectors who want the strongest model in the lineup, and buyers who care most about maximum arc size and show value. Users who prefer a more compact classroom-scale unit may find TC20 easier to place and manage.

This is a real high-voltage demonstration device rather than a toy. During operation it can generate strong discharge noise, and nearby sensitive electronics such as phones, monitors, Wi-Fi devices, Bluetooth devices, and other signal-sensitive equipment should be kept at a safe distance. Minimum-power operation can reduce perceived sound intensity by up to 80%. Because output is substantially higher than the lower models, extra care should be taken around the arc area at all times. Direct contact with the arc is not recommended. Keep the unit away from flammable materials, avoid placing conductive objects near the discharge area, and begin operation from the minimum setting.
