1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During peak seasons, new product launches, or periods of high demand, please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch.
For custom products, modified configurations, special packaging, or other special requirements, the production and dispatch schedule will be confirmed separately with the customer before the order is finalized.
2. SHIPPING ORIGINS
USA Orders
When US local stock is available, orders shipping to a US address will be fulfilled from our US warehouses or Amazon FBA fulfillment centers.
If a product is temporarily unavailable in US local inventory, it may be shipped from our Central Lab in China or Hong Kong via express air freight.
International Orders
Orders outside the United States are generally shipped from our Central Lab or fulfillment facilities in China or Hong Kong.
The actual shipping origin may vary depending on product availability, destination, product size, and logistics arrangements.

United States

International Orders

These delivery estimates apply to standard orders under normal shipping conditions.
For custom products, special configurations, made-to-order systems, oversized equipment, special freight arrangements, or other special requirements, the production and delivery schedule will be discussed and confirmed separately with the customer.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, freight scheduling, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or freight shipment information.
US orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, or another suitable carrier.
International orders may be shipped through DHL, FedEx, UPS, local postal services, freight forwarders, or another suitable logistics provider.
Some oversized or freight shipments may not provide standard parcel-style tracking at every stage of transportation.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
US Orders
Orders fulfilled from US local inventory generally do not require customers to pay import customs duties.
International Orders
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WARDENCLYFFE® is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. SHIPPING LIABILITY
We will assist customers with carrier investigations when a shipment appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged.
WARDENCLYFFE® is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier and are subsequently lost or stolen.
If a shipment remains in transit beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.
Customers receiving oversized or freight-shipped equipment should inspect the shipment promptly upon delivery. Any visible damage should be photographed and reported to both the carrier and WARDENCLYFFE® as soon as possible.
