Warranty Policy


  1. LIMITED WARRANTY

At WARDENCLYFFE, we stand behind the quality of our scientific instruments. We provide a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.

  1. WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Failure caused by manufacturing defects.

  • Internal component failure not caused by misuse.

  • Defects discovered during normal operation according to the user manual.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we may, at our discretion, provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, repair service, or a replacement unit.

  1. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper operation or misuse.

  • Unauthorized disassembly, soldering, repair, or internal modification.

  • Use of incompatible power supplies or accessories.

  • Operating the product outside the instructions in the user manual.

  • Running high-power mode for too long without cooling.

  • Touching high-voltage arcs on models that are not designed to be touchable.

  • Damage caused by fire, water, impact, dropping, overvoltage, incorrect wiring, or other external causes.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable accessories.

  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL

If the product is defective on arrival or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at help@teslacoil.shop.

For confirmed defective or transit-damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a free replacement.

  1. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To request warranty support, please contact us at help@teslacoil.shop and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Photos of the product, packaging, and accessories if shipping damage is suspected.

Please do not send the product back without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return warehouse address if a return is required.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

For confirmed manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will cover the reasonable shipping cost for repair or replacement where applicable.

For issues caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or non-covered damage, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any repair costs.

  1. LIMITATION

WARDENCLYFFE products are high-voltage scientific instruments, not standard toys. Users must follow all safety instructions. We are not responsible for injury, property damage, damage to third-party electronics, or other losses caused by improper use, unsafe operation, or failure to follow the user manual.
