SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

High Demand / New Releases: During peak seasons or new product launches, please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch.
2. SHIPPING ORIGINS (US LOCAL STOCK) We know you want your gear fast. That's why we have established a robust logistics network:

USA Orders: 90% of our products are stocked in US Local Warehouses (including Amazon FBA centers). If you are shipping to a US address, your order will be fulfilled directly from within the United States for maximum speed.

International Orders: Orders outside the USA will be shipped from our Central Lab in China/Hong Kong.

Note: In rare cases where a specific item is out of stock in the US, we may ship it from our Central Lab via express air freight at no extra cost to you.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

USA (Domestic): 2 - 5 Business Days. (Fast & Free for most orders)

International (CA, UK, EU, AU): 8 - 15 Business Days.

Rest of World: 15 - 25 Business Days.
Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery time may vary due to weather or carrier delays.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

US Orders: Typically tracked via USPS, UPS, or Amazon Logistics.

International Orders: Tracked via local postal services or DHL/FedEx.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

US Orders: No customs duties for US customers.

International Orders: Wardenclyffe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. SHIPPING LIABILITY While we strive for timely delivery, WARDENCLYFFE is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking number shows "In Transit" for an extended period (more than 15 days for US, 30 days for Int'l), please contact us at help@teslacoil.shop, and we will investigate.
