REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. OUR GUARANTEE At WARDENCLYFFE, we stand behind the quality of our scientific instruments. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

2. RETURN WINDOW Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all accessories (power adapters, needles, cables, etc.) included.

  • Not modified or disassembled. Any evidence of tampering, soldering, or internal modification voids the return eligibility.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (WARDENCLYFFE CARE+) If you received a defective item or it was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at help@teslacoil.shop.

  • We cover the shipping costs: For defective/damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return or arrange a free replacement.

  • Misuse Clause: Please note that damage caused by improper operation (e.g., running high-power mode for too long without cooling, touching high-voltage arcs on non-touchable models, or using non-compatible power supplies) is NOT covered as a defect.

5. RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS (CHANGE OF MIND) If you simply changed your mind or purchased the wrong item:

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item is valued over $75, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% if the item is returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of heavy use.

6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN Step 1: Do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the shipping address on the label without contacting us first. Step 2: Email us at help@teslacoil.shop with your Order # and the reason for the return. Step 3: We will provide you with the correct Return Warehouse Address (Note: Do not ship to our France or Hong Kong office unless instructed). Step 4: Pack the item securely. Tesla coils are fragile; please ensure sufficient padding.

7. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: Granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted). If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@teslacoil.shop.
